Harvested off of West Coast of Florida in the Tarpon Springs area, the only company we deal for our stone crab has their own processing plant and crab boats. The boats go out in the morning, come back in the afternoon, and crabs are graded for clean shell and meat fill and sized and cooked that evening. Our Florida Stone Crab are then iced-down overnight and shipped out the following morning straight to your door!
Available in Medium, Large, Jumbo and Colossal claws.
Medium: 7 - 8 claws/lb.
Large: 6 - 7 claws/lb.
Jumbo: 4 - 5 claws/lb.
Colossal: 2 - 3 claws/lb.
