Red King Crab Medallions are available in two different product forms, in the shell and out of the shell. Their mild flavor works extremely well with any seasoning or preparation method and their tender texture (like that of Abalone or Calamari) works well in any application. Try them grilled, baked, sautéed or deep-fried.

  • Unique-shaped shells make for attractive plate presentation.

  • Great for making crab stock.

  • Weigh between 4.2 – 5.2 oz. in the shell.

  • Meat recovery when removing shell is 63 - 66%, giving a medallion weighing 3 – 4.5 oz.

  • Shells are quick and easy to remove!

  • Pure, ready to prepare filet-type pieces

  • Weight runs between 3 - 4.5 oz.
