You wont find Florida Stone Crab Claws like ours anywhere! Since 2002, we work strictly with one plant located at the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs, FL. They have their own fleet of crab boats, which typically deliver their catch in late afternoons where the claws are immediately graded, cooked and placed in ice overnight. Claws are then shipped out the following morning for overnight delivery.

We buy 100% of our Stone Crab claws from this one particular processor. We do this for the fact that they process every single pound in their plant. Some in the industry buy cooked claws from many small processors, which eliminate total traceability and quality control.
