Our passion for crab is unsurpassed in the crab industry. In 1991, we pioneered our fresh cooked Alaska Red King Crab program. Up until this time, fresh had never been previously done. We have built the fresh program to be one of the most successful marketing and sales programs in Alaska, only second to Copper River Salmon.
Over the years, we have developed additional fresh cooked crab programs with producers of other crab such as Australian Spanner Crab, Jonah Crab, Blue Crab, Stone Crab, Dungeness Crab and other Alaska Crab.
Our reputation among the Alaska crab industry in bringing innovation, quality, consistency and marketing is outstanding and unmatched. Our intention includes education! Through 16 years of involvement in the crab industry we believe providing accurate information is crucial so customers understand the real story. Evidence to the fact that this coming October we will be hosting our 4th annual Crab Connoisseur Tour in Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
