our home page acts more like a blog. This coming October while Eric and I are in Dutch Harbor we
will be updating daily and shoot some video and pictures too.

The Alaska Brown King Crab season opens August 15th. Will see deliveries around September 1st.

Alaska Red King Crab starts October 15th and should start shipping fresh cooked clusters and
whole cooks ten days later.

JULY 24^TH-25^TH – DALLAS, TEXAS

It was hot this past weekend in Dallas and so was
the trade show! Over 2000 chefs from around the
U.S. were on hand in Dallas for a week of seminars,
outrageous dinners and a two-day trade show.

 We displayed our crab and sampled out a ton of
 Alaska Red King Crab and Bairdi Snow Crab.
